Cancellation & Refund Policy

All services offered by Skyflightz LLC are non-refundable once confirmed.
By purchasing any travel or consulting service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
In cases involving third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, or tour operators), refunds and cancellations are subject to the respective provider’s terms.
Any approved refunds (in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or system errors) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
All refund requests must be submitted to support@skyflightz.us with valid proof of payment.
